About JCCS
Journal of Climate Change and Sustainability (JCCS) is an inter-disciplinary scientific journal devoted to the description, causes and implications of climate change.
JCCS is dedicated to publishing the most significant and cutting-edge research on the variability of the atmosphere, oceans and land surface including future projections and simulated changes of the climate system, covering all scales and involving modeling and observation methods.
The journal follows the standards for high-quality science set by all climate journals and is committed to publishing top-tier original research in all areas relating to climate change and sustainability through a fair and rigorous review process, access to a broad readership, high standards of copy editing and production, rapid publication and independence from academic societies and others with vested interests.
In addition to publishing original research, JCCS provides a forum for discussion among leading experts through the publication of opinion, analysis and review articles.
The scope of JCCS includes, but not limited to:
- Spatial and temporal climate research
- Interdisciplinary climate research
- Climate mitigation and adaptation
JCCS is an open access journal published by the Kenya Meteorological Society. Being a full open access journal, the Journal of Climate Change and Sustainability will be read worldwide, including environments where library facilities are less well developed.
